The SBDC Biz Tune-Up Program targets businesses with two to twenty employees, the initiative is aimed at developing and growing existing businesses in the Aurora and South Metro communities. This program is offered at NO COST and funded in part by the SBA and community sponsors.
The Biz Tune-Up Program offers three key elements:
1. Overall Business Operations
Attend a confidential, one-on-one virtual consulting session with a certified and experienced SBDC business consultant who will assess the overall condition of your business operations for the purpose of strategic planning and business growth. Referrals to other applicable business resources in the greater business community would also be made, such as for certification, manufacturing, human resources, and others (value $250).
A marketing expert will review your marketing and sales efforts, including branding and packaging, print collateral, social media efforts and website presence, as well as email blasts and other communication strategies to attract more clients. The one-on-one virtual consultation will help establish next steps for business growth (value: $250).
3. Financial Analysis
The SBDC financial consultant will review your financials to provide you with an analysis of your current and future financial picture for business growth. This includes cash flow analysis and projections, pricing, budgeting and, if needed, loan packaging. A one-on-one virtual consultation will help you integrate the information for a healthy financial future (value: $500).
