Market research – Using the library’s databases and authoritative internet resources to identify potential customers and competitors.
Social media marketing plan assistance – Assisting a client with research to determine appropriate social media “channels” to reach their clients, best practices and tips/tricks for using those channels.
Data analysis or summarizing data – Assist a client with determining how to analyze and work with a large data set in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros; how to begin building a summary in Excel and/or prepare the data for PowerPoint presentations (or similar software).
