Cancellation Policy

The SBDC has a no refund policy.

If the SBDC cancels a class: Receive a refund or a credit toward a fee-based class in the amount of the fee paid. A printed voucher for the credit will be issued upon request. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. You will be notified by phone and email.
  • A refund check is issued to the registered customer by the City of Aurora to the address on record.
  • Refunds require at least two weeks to process and mail.

  • Payment credits not used by one year from date of issuance are forfeited.
  • Please plan your schedule carefully and mark your calendar with class information.
