If the SBDC cancels a class: Receive a refund or a credit toward a fee-based class in the amount of the fee paid. A printed voucher for the credit will be issued upon request. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. You will be notified by phone and email.
A refund check is issued to the registered customer by the City of Aurora to the address on record.
Refunds require at least two weeks to process and mail.

Payment credits not used by one year from date of issuance are forfeited.
